Before ordering, please ensure that the shipping address information is correct.
Pure does not accept exchanges, size changes, product returns, or cash refunds under any circumstances, as the brand prioritizes hygiene. In the event of a brand error or a product defect due to the manufacturing process, you can return the product within 7 days. You must provide a video of the unboxing and images showing the defect, then notify the admin via Facebook page Inbox or Line OA for Thailand customers. And via Whatsapp for Singapore customers.
Products to be returned or exchanged (in the case of brand errors) must be in the same size, color, and condition as when purchased. There should be no alterations or damage, and the product's brand tag must still be in the original packaging. Once the brand receives and verifies the product, a replacement will be sent within 7 days
If the product sent for exchange is out of stock, you will have to wait for the next stock replenishment, which may take approximately 14-21 days.
